The privacy of the site's Users is important to us. Users will find in the Privacy Policy the rules that Groupe School of Arts applies when collecting and using information that directly or indirectly identifies them (the " Personal Data "), as well as the how Google processes personal information.


By accessing and using the Site, the User agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy, which may be modified or updated at any time without notice. Any changes or updates will be posted on the Site. If the modifications to the Privacy Policy concern elements for which the User's consent was previously required, Groupe School of Arts will inform the User in order to obtain his/her consent again.

The Privacy Policy informs Users of the conditions of use of their Personal Data by Groupe School of Arts when the User visits the Site or accepts cookies.


Processing of personal data

ART 1: How does Groupe School of Arts use data and why?

Groupe School of Arts is responsible for the processing of Users' Personal Data and has appointed a data protection delegate with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (the " CNIL ").

Personal Data is used in accordance with Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, known as "Informatique et Libertés" as well as Regulation (EU) n°2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data applicable since May 25, 2018 (together, the " Applicable Regulations ").

Groupe School of Arts undertakes to collect and process Users' Personal Data fairly, lawfully and in compliance with their rights.

Users' Personal Data is collected to respond to requests for information made on the Site by the User via the various contact forms provided for this purpose (for example, to register for an open day, to request information relating to registration and/or a scholarship application, to submit a job offer) and to send a newsletter to Users who have accepted it (legal basis: consent).

ART 2. What data is collected by Groupe School of Arts?

The User must provide his or her Personal Data accurately, truthfully and truly.

Groupe School of Arts may collect data relating to the User's identity (title, surname and first name), contact details (email address, telephone number), the course the User wishes to take and, if applicable, the User's video presentation, as well as details of the message on the collection form.

This data is collected when the User uses the Site's contact forms.

ART 3. Protection, storage and deletion of personal data

The Personal Data communicated are hosted by Yipikai and are accessible to the marketing and sales departments.

Groupe School of Arts makes every effort to avoid any interference with the Personal Data of other Users, such as loss, misappropriation, intrusion, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Personal Data is kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact.

ART 4: Transfer of users' personal data

Groupe School of Arts may transmit Users' Personal Data to its service providers, in particular :

  • Yipikai, which hosts the Personal Data and whose servers are located in France;
  • Brevo, which is the email service provider. The Data is used to personalize and send communications to Users and whose servers are located within the European Union.

Groupe School of Arts undertakes not to communicate, assign or transfer Users' Personal Data to third parties without their express consent, but may communicate them if required to do so by law or by judicial or administrative request.

ART 5. What rights do Users have over their data?

Users have the following rights in respect of their Personal Data: the right to access, modify and request the deletion of their Personal Data, and the right to have it communicated to them in a structured and readable format (unless they have a legitimate reason for not doing so). Users may also ask Groupe School of Arts to limit the processing of their Personal Data, or object to such processing, including in the case of profiling.

Users may lodge a complaint with the CNIL and define directives relating to their digital will.

Where Users have given their consent, they may withdraw it at any time, it being understood that any prior processing of their Personal Data will remain lawful.

Cookie policy used by Groupe School of Arts

ART 1 What is a cookie?

A cookie is a file that may be stored on the hard disk of the User's terminal when the User consults the Site. These small files may contain, for example, the User's browser language and preferences.

Groupe School of Arts uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to improve the operation of the Site. Google Analytics uses the data collected, in particular the number of visitors, the origin and the details of the pages that have been visited, to track and study the use of the Site, to prepare reports on activities.   • _ga & _ga_id: Distinguish between unique visitors to the site by assigning a unique identifier to each visitor.
  • Gid: Distinguishes between visitors
  • 1P_JAR, CONSENT, NID: Group of cookies used to create statistics and track conversion rates.

School of Arts Group also uses advertising and audience measurement cookies to collect data on the performance and exposure of advertising campaigns and to deliver advertising to Users. Groupe School of Arts uses the following cookies in particular:

  • DoubleClick, Google's solution for analyzing ad audiences and managing ads

The main cookies used are as follows:

  • _uetvid: Enables tracking of visitors across multiple websites, to present relevant ads based on visitor preferences
  • Facebook Pixel (as well as Facebook Signal and Facebook Conversion Tracking), which are used to manage advertising and track Users' actions on the Site. Facebook's privacy policy is available at this link. The main cookies used are as follows:
  • fr: Used to provide, measure and improve the relevance of advertisements
  • fbp: Deliver more relevant ads on Facebook
  • Microsoft Advertising and Bing Universal Event Tracking, Microsoft's tools for tracking site visitor conversions and targeting audiences with marketing lists. Microsoft's privacy policy is available at this link. The main cookies used are as follows:
  • _uetsid: Used to track visitors
  • MUID: Widely used by Microsoft as a unique user identifier. This bing.com cookie enables tracking by synchronizing the ID across multiple Microsoft domains.

Users can accept or refuse the deposit of cookies on their terminal by clicking on the appropriate banner when they connect to the Site.

Groupe School of Arts does not retain cookies that enable IP addresses to be tracked or obtained beyond twelve (12) months after the first deposit in their terminal.

Users may also, at any time, delete cookies from their browser and configure it to prevent them from being stored.

Groupe School of Arts invites Users to refer to their browser's help file to establish the appropriate configuration. Browsing the Site without accepting cookies may be degraded.

ART 3. Traffic data

Traffic data is generated when Users' terminals are connected to the Internet and the Site.

This data may be used for statistical purposes in order to analyze Site traffic and improve the Site by adapting it to Users' needs. Groupe School of Arts never uses traffic data by name.
