IAMSTRONG & School of Arts Partnership

SOA & IAMSTRONG Partnership

The School of Arts Group is taking a new approach to promoting the well-being of its students and trainees by entering into a partnership with IAMSTRONG, the leading platform dedicated to coaching and mental health for young people. This collaboration marks an important step in the group's ambition to fully support its learners in their artistic, personal, and professional journeys.

Starting in January 2026, a pilot phase will enable 24 students, two per school, to receive personalized individual support. This program consists of eight personalized sessions with a coach or psychologist, tailored to their needs: stress and anxiety management, conflicts, emotions, self-confidence, addictions, or situations of distress. In addition, participants will also have access to hundreds of digital self-coaching activities and a weekly chat with the professional who is supporting them.

As part of a broader initiative, IAMSTRONG will also work with management teams at the 12 schools and training centers in the School of Arts network to raise awareness and equip them to deal with the growing challenges related to young people's mental health.

This partnership is fully in line withthe mission statement adopted by School of Arts, which places student well-being and support at the heart of its commitments. As Sarah Princen, CEO of the group, points out:

"The well-being of students is at the heart of our priorities. This partnership illustrates our desire to be fully present at their side to help them fulfill their potential in a rapidly changing society."

For IAMSTRONG, this collaboration also represents a strong commitment. Its co-founder, Érika Seydoux, emphasizes:

"Taking care of students' mental health means giving them the keys to success. We are proud to support the School of Arts in this pioneering initiative."

With this project, School of Arts reaffirms its ambition: to offer a learning environment that supports not only artistic and professional skills, but also personal balance and the ability to thrive in the long term.
