A new chapter for école D de poitiers

March 15, 2025 will remain a symbolic date for Poitiers' historic School of Arts and Design. At an event combining celebration, transmission and renewal, the school officially unveiled its new identity: ēcole-d.

This change of name and logo marks the opening of a new chapter for this school of higher education and CFA, while remaining true to its mission: to train the talents of tomorrow in the fields of artistic direction and interior interior architecture.

‍

The evening was also an opportunity to announce a new dynamic at the head of the school, with Virginie Thomazeau Pelka taking over as Director, succeeding Véronique Guyot, and Siam Angie Guyot as Pedagogical Director, replacing Patrick Guyot. A transition in continuity, driven by a shared vision of high standards, innovation and student support.

The event was also an opportunity to celebrate the success of our students, with the official graduation of the Bac+5 sandwich courses in the following fieldsInterior Designer"andArt Director in Graphic Design". Congratulations to all our graduates for their commitment, creativity and achievements, which bear witness to the school's national renown.

Finally, the evening marked an important milestone: the official integration of the ēcole-d.within the Schools of Arts groupgroup, in the Design & Visual Arts vertical, headed by Nicolas Marionneau. This integration strengthens the network's pedagogical, artistic and professional synergies.
