30 years of the Salon du Chocolat with AICOM
For its 30th anniversary edition, the Salon du Chocolat entrusted AICOM with a major artistic mission: to create and perform an original musical and choreographic show for the event's opening ceremony, followed by several daily performances throughout the show.
On October 28, 2025, during the opening night, the audience discovered a show combining dance, singing, and musical theater, performed by:
- Five medleys created especially for the event, performed by guest artists such as Priscilla Betti, Big Bertha, and AICOM students Gwendal Marimoutou and Manon Pasquier,
- A company of 15 dancers from AICOM, dressed in original chocolate-themed costumes designed for the occasion.
Throughout the duration of the Fair, from October 29 to November 2, the school's students put on a musical show every evening, offering visitors from around the world a demanding, festive, and immersive performance.
This prestigious collaboration once again demonstrates the professionalism,commitment, and artistic caliber of AICOM's students and teaching staff.
It also illustrates the school's mission: to train well-rounded artists capable of meeting the demands of the stage and professional productions.
